HEPA terminal housings
Terminal HEPA filter housings for cleanroom ceiling grids, in top-adjustable, replaceable-media and disposable integrated versions; the housing, filter class and ceiling interface are fixed per configuration, and duct connection is done by the installer.

Description
HEPA terminal housings mount the final HEPA filter at the supply-air end of a cleanroom air-conditioning system. Three versions are offered. The top-adjustable housing sets the filter face relative to the ceiling from above, with side or top air entry, a compact powder-coated steel housing and a diffuser plate; the filter is reachable and replaceable from below. The replaceable-media integrated housing keeps the frame in the ceiling and replaces only the media pack from the room side, using special retaining clips; the anodized aluminium extrusion frame suits T-bar, sandwich-panel, light-steel and lay-in ceiling types, with three inlet sizes and an optional stainless outlet plate. The disposable integrated housing is a sealed frame-and-filter unit with a fine glass-fibre media pack capturing particles of 0.3 µm and above; the anodized aluminium frame is closed-cell sealed, and the unit is replaced as one piece at the end of media life. The source rates B1-class fire performance for the 10 mm PE insulation on the disposable version and lists H13 filter class as standard, with custom sizes and H13/H14 efficiency on request.
Features
- Top-adjustable version: filter position adjusted from above; side or top duct entry.
- Replaceable-media version: media pack replaced from the room side, frame stays in the ceiling.
- Disposable integrated version: sealed frame-and-filter unit with fine glass-fibre media.
- Filter class H13 to EN 1822 as standard; H13/H14 and non-standard sizes on request.
- Anodized aluminium frames for T-bar, sandwich-panel, light-steel and lay-in ceilings.
- Diffuser plate spreads supply air evenly into the room.
Applications
- Pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical cleanrooms
- Hospital operating rooms and laboratories
- Microelectronics and semiconductor plants

Table covers the disposable integrated version. Alternative airflow/resistance pairs are the low and high operating points from the source table. Non-standard sizes and H13/H14 efficiency available on request. Top-adjustable and replaceable-media versions are sized by ceiling module and filter face, quoted after confirmation.
