VHP decontamination units
Vaporized hydrogen peroxide equipment in three unit types: fumigation pass boxes for small items, decontamination transfer rooms for large loads, and generators that supply sterilant gas to isolators, pass boxes and small rooms.

Description
Vaporized hydrogen peroxide (VHP) decontamination equipment sterilizes surfaces inside sealed spaces. The family covers three unit types. VHP fumigation pass boxes handle small items moving from non-sterile to sterile areas: the vaporizer raises the peroxide concentration in the chamber, holds it through the exposure phase, then removes the residue below 1 ppm before the inner door opens. VHP decontamination transfer rooms apply the same cycle to large loads between functional rooms, first dehumidifying the air, then holding a VHP concentration above 700 ppm for at least 30 minutes, then catalytically breaking the residue down below 1 ppm. Vaporized hydrogen peroxide generators vaporize a 35% hydrogen peroxide solution and distribute the gas into isolators, pass boxes, biological safety cabinets and small cleanrooms, where a micro-condensation phase lets it reach pores, gaps and shadowed areas for a 6-log kill.
Features
- Common cycle structure: conditioning, vapor injection and hold, then catalytic breakdown of the residue below 1 ppm.
- Residue-free sterilant: hydrogen peroxide decomposes to water and oxygen.
- Transfer-room versions hold VHP above 700 ppm for at least 30 minutes for load decontamination.
- Generators vaporize a 35% hydrogen peroxide solution and serve isolators, pass boxes, safety cabinets and small rooms.
- PLC control with touch-screen HMI; cycle parameters are set per load and run without continuous supervision.
Applications
- Isolators, pass boxes and biological safety cabinets in pharmaceutical plants
- Decontamination of materials entering aseptic processing areas
- Hospital wards, operating rooms and laboratory spaces
- Food packaging lines and equipment decontamination
Supply scope
What is supplied, and what stays with the buyer.
- Units supplied by type (fumigation pass box, decontamination transfer room, generator) as fixed configurations confirmed before quotation.
- Generator scope covers the vaporizer, control system and the distribution connection to the target enclosure; enclosures are quoted separately.
- Room sealing checks, installation and cycle validation with biological indicators stay with the buyer's validation team.
Configurations
Fixed configurations that can be quoted.
A configuration code fixes the dimensions, electrical data, materials and documents. Quote requests that reference a code skip the specification round.
